A61s is working on a proposal for ordinary maintenance and reconstruction, repair and finishing of the facades, for the condominium located in the building at number 130 in Via Alessandria in Rome, in the heart of the Salario district.
The building is an important testimony of the urbanization of this neighborhood during the 1920s on the initiative of the Società Generale Immobiliare: with a long façade divided into six floors and elements inspired by international art nouveau.
In those years, the construction of the building in lots of the Peroni Birrificio in Piazza Alessandria was completed, based on a project by the architect Gustavo Giovannoni: with the production plants, the ice factory, the stables and the sheds for the wagons destined for city transport, this area of the city definitively acquired a strong industrial vocation which will be maintained until the seventies.

The planned project fall within the requirements required to access the Facade Bonus 2021 and the Restructuring Bonus 2021.
